Shipping policy/Returns

Unless otherwise stated, cargo departures from our company will take place within 2-4 working days. Pre-order products are not included in these. This process may be prolonged during busy times such as holidays, holidays, pre-orders, etc.

If there is no one to pick up your package at home, we recommend that you do not leave your package in the places included in the common area such as the door/apartment front. Otherwise, our company cannot be held responsible for lost cargoes.


What should I pay attention to during delivery?


When receiving your order, you should definitely check if there is damage to your cargo package (tear, crush, wetting, etc.). The report will facilitate your exchange or return as it states that the damage is not caused by you. As a result of the record, the new product will be sent to your address as soon as possible.

Missing or damaged product notifications made after receiving the cargo are subject to inspection because there is no report. The review may be accepted or rejected according to the result.

All locations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that it is the customers responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 30 $ .The fee will be deducted from your refund.The buyer has undertaken to receive the product by ordering, and to cover the price of the return costs if he does not receive it.


Can I make changes to my order after the order has been placed?
